===Does the charging station LED turn green when the Cube is fully charged?===

'''No'''. The charging state is only indicated in the Cube UI itself.

The green charging LED basically indicates that the Cube is not connected (removed from charger) or it has stopped charging due to a bad contact/low voltage.
Even when the Cube is fully charged it continues to charge slowly with low current.

===How do I turn my WOWCube off?===

The “Sleep” title on the WOWCube will put the cube
in a stand-by state; in order to turn it off go to the "Settings menu" app on your WOWCube and choose "Shutdown".
Another way to do it - open the ''WOWCube Connect'' mobile app, go to Energy Saver and
hit “Cube Shutdown”.
To power it back on, place the cube on the charging
dock and press the “reset” button.
Alternatively, after hitting "Sleep" icon on the cube, you
can insert the plastic cover (labeled with a black cat) in one of the
sides of the cube; this will keep it off.

Also please note that after 48 hours being in sleep/standby the Cube will automatically turn OFF in order to save the battery.

===I turned my cube off with a full battery but I noticed once I turned it back on that the battery level decreased.===

To make sure your cube keeps the same battery
level you need to insert the plastic cover that initially
came with the cube (with a black cat) in any of the
cube’s sides.

Once you remove the plastic protector, the cube will turn back on.

However, you can always manually go to the corresponding game page in the mobile app and use the ''Update'' button from there.

===I paid for a game and had to uninstall it, when I tried to reinstall, it is asking me to pay for it again?===

Please activate the gift-card which you received with your Cube, to link the pre-paid games to your personal profile. You can activate your gift-card in your personal profile on our website wowcube.com (<code>Add funds</code>) or in the mobile app (<code>Activate giftcard</code>).

Make sure your cube is close to your phone/tablet.
Turn your phone’s/tablet BT off, close the app,
place the cube on the charging dock and hit the reset
button, turn BT back on and open the app; the
cube should connect now. If it doesn’t auto connect,
hit the three dots to the right of the cube’s name and
hit Connect.
You may also try to change your location (to avoid a possible radio interference,
from a microwave oven for instance) or delete and re-install the <code>WOWCube Connect</code> application, and do a complete phone reboot.

Sometimes deleting the Cube from the list of paired devices in the BT settings of your phone can help to clear the error.

Make sure no one else is connected to your WOWCube, as the cube does only support one connection at a time.

It's been also observed that the low battery of the phone can cause issues with the BT connection.

===I can not get the double tap to work. I have to use my phone to launch an app.===
The best way to double tap is to pick a side of the cube and use two fingers to tap.
You can also try tapping with your palm if the above did not work.
Note that tapping the Cube when it stands on a table will probably not work well, because the Cube's accelerometer will not sense the movement in this case.
Taps best detected when the Cube is in your hands.

===My widget will not work. The phone says to update even after I did the update. Then when I launch the widget my Cube shows QR-code again===

Adding/removing/editing widgets is available from our <code>WOWCube Connect</code> mobile application - open the Home page and tap on the 'Customize' button of the Widgets section.
If you continue to see QR-code even after adding Widgets from the widgets customization page - try resetting the Cube and restarting the mobile application.

===My Cube says 'Charger Error/Low Voltage'===
Try re-inserting the Cube onto the charger (make sure it's properly placed to have a good contact).
Try making a twist on each axis before placing on charger.
Make sure your Cube is not too loose, i.e. tighten the Cube screws to make sure a good contact between the modules

If above did not help - make sure you are using the original cable and adapter that came with the cube and it is plugged directly into an outlet with no extra adapters.

===Does removing a game from the cube remove saved data and high scores?===
No. the saved progress and scores are not removed unless you do a factory reset

===How many games can it hold at once?===
By default - maximum 19 games (per available screens in the menu). BUT each game varies on size so it all depends on which games you have installed. For instance 'Crazy Farm' and 'Larry From SF' are one of the "heaviest" games so to install it you most likely will have to uninstall a few games.

===How do I adjust the tension of my Cube?===

Serving as an example of a tangible user interface, it consists of eight identical elements working as a whole. The surface is covered by 24 screens.
WOWCube was invented by Savva and Ilya Osipov (Son and Father) on September 10, 2016

It allows the launching of specially designed games.

===Does the charging station LED turn green when the Cube is fully charged?===

'''No'''. The charging state is only indicated in the Cube UI itself.

The green charging LED basically indicates that the Cube is not connected (removed from charger) or it has stopped charging due to a bad contact/low voltage.
Even when the Cube is fully charged it continues to charge slowly with low current.

===How do I turn my WOWCube off?===

The “Sleep” title on the WOWCube will put the cube
in a stand-by state; in order to turn it off go to the "Settings menu" app on your WOWCube and choose "Shutdown".
Another way to do it - open the ''WOWCube Connect'' mobile app, go to Energy Saver and
hit “Cube Shutdown”.
To power it back on, place the cube on the charging
dock and press the “reset” button.
Alternatively, after hitting "Sleep" icon on the cube, you
can insert the plastic cover (labeled with a black cat) in one of the
sides of the cube; this will keep it off.

Also please note that after 48 hours being in sleep/standby the Cube will automatically turn OFF in order to save the battery.

===I turned my cube off with a full battery but I noticed once I turned it back on that the battery level decreased.===

To make sure your cube keeps the same battery
level you need to insert the plastic cover that initially
came with the cube (with a black cat) in any of the
cube’s sides.

Make sure your cube is close to your phone/tablet.
Turn your phone’s/tablet BT off, close the app,
place the cube on the charging dock and hit the reset
button, turn BT back on and open the app; the
cube should connect now. If it doesn’t auto connect,
hit the three dots to the right of the cube’s name and
hit Connect.
You may also try to change your location (to avoid a possible radio interference,
from a microwave oven for instance) or delete and re-install the <code>WOWCube Connect</code> application, and do a complete phone reboot.

Sometimes deleting the Cube from the list of paired devices in the BT settings of your phone can help to clear the error.

Make sure no one else is connected to your WOWCube, as the cube does only support one connection at a time.

It's been also observed that the low battery of the phone can cause issues with the BT connection.

===I can not get the double tap to work. I have to use my phone to launch an app.===
The best way to double tap is to pick a side of the cube and use two fingers to tap.
You can also try tapping with your palm if the above did not work.
Note that tapping the Cube when it stands on a table will probably not work well, because the Cube's accelerometer will not sense the movement in this case.
Taps best detected when the Cube is in your hands.

===My widget will not work. The phone says to update even after I did the update. Then when I launch the widget my Cube shows QR-code again===

Adding/removing/editing widgets is available from our <code>WOWCube Connect</code> mobile application - open the Home page and tap on the 'Customize' button of the Widgets section.
If you continue to see QR-code even after adding Widgets from the widgets customization page - try resetting the Cube and restarting the mobile application.

===My Cube says 'Charger Error/Low Voltage'===
Try re-inserting the Cube onto the charger (make sure it's properly placed to have a good contact).
Try making a twist on each axis before placing on charger.
Make sure your Cube is not too loose, i.e. tighten the Cube screws to make sure a good contact between the modules

If above did not help - make sure you are using the original cable and adapter that came with the cube and it is plugged directly into an outlet with no extra adapters.

===Does removing a game from the cube remove saved data and high scores?===
No. the saved progress and scores are not removed unless you do a factory reset

===How many games can it hold at once?===
By default - maximum 19 games (per available screens in the menu). BUT each game varies on size so it all depends on which games you have installed. For instance 'Crazy Farm' and 'Larry From SF' are one of the "heaviest" games so to install it you most likely will have to uninstall a few games.

===How do I adjust the tension of my Cube?===

to bypass that you can uninstall a game and
try to install it again.

===I got some module errors, what do I do?===

You can reset the cube by placing it on the charging
dock and hit the reset button. If this doesn’t work,
you’ll have to do a Hard Reset. In order to do this,
you have to insert a thin piece of metal, or a metal
knife in one of the sides of the cube, this will cause a
full reset (Don’t worry, this will not damage the cube)
just make sure you DO NOT do this while docked on
the charging station, this will burn the charger and
create more issues.

Each animal has one primary (preferred) food which awards +20 pts to the player and a secondary food which awards +10 pts. In either case, the animal gains +1 health point.
